bollywood stars without makeup

Bipasha Basu: The right colour tone, lighting and blush can make even the duskiest of gals go from an any-girl to the ‘it’ girl. Sporty Bips might look a tad too tired and lost minus her handy compact. The difference clearly shows, eyelashes et al. Is it enough to worry the other gals?

Kareena Kapoor: There’s a good reason why Bebo is poking a finger at the lensman. Despite her genes, it’s a side the queen bee rarely ever lets the janata see. Her dark lipstick and deep rouge signal that she’s ready for the kill.

Katrina Kaif: Here’s one actress who undeniably looks as fine without the warpaint (if not better). Kat’s soft features and mostly blemish-less face save the day for her quite often, giving the porcelain beauty a dream run even in candid shots.

Priyanka Chopra: The difference is obvious. The woman on the left is a duckling on her way to becoming a swan. The lady on the right is a made-up swan princess who needs to pile on the make-up far more than the rest of the gals on the list.

Sonam Kapoor: Anil Kapoor’s fashion-conscious beti loves the name-dropping but on her off-days, looks as plain as most of the ladies on this list. A light rouge and nude lipstick stay on, nevertheless.

Deepika Padukone: Guess the athletic genes show when the grease-paint’s off, the eyelids get puffier, the nose more pronounced and the contours of her chehra, more in-your-face. Deepika epitomised the girl-next-door who just happens to be a one-time supermodel. Koi shaque?

Kajol: One thing the Mukerji cousins share in common is the love for spectacle frames when they’re not preening for the camera. Kads channels her inner no-nonsense rather-manly avatar in the first pic. In the second, we see the Senorita the Dilwale fell in love with.

Aishwarya Rai: You’d expect someone who goes by the calling card ‘world’s most beautiful woman’ to look the part, no matter how bad a day she’s having. Have to say her visage looks a lot puffier than when she’s not being pancaked into submission.
