I do try and avoid writing anything personal but this may help me a little. There are some odd people floating in and out of my life at present. Work is very quiet. A new colleague is gaining a big female following but has chosen to ignore them in favour of me, which is annoying, given as I am not a member of the fanclub.

We always want what we can't have, isn't that right?

As to what I want from a relationship, I have a vague idea. I need someone steady but I don't want to be smothered. I also cannot deal with being a part-time lover. I'm perhaps not as independently masculine as I would like to think.
